  2. I will definetely give this a try. I do not like giving sports drinks to my young children and encourage milk after sports. This looks like a much more refreshing alternative.

  3. I have switched from sports drinks to coconut water. You don’t need sugar, artificial color, artificial flavors and wasteful packaging to get rehydrated.
