Senseo and Other Coffee Pods Compatible With Hamilton Beach Coffee Makers

Senseo Coffee Pods Not The Only Refills For Hamilton Beach CoffeemakersI was asked recently why anyone would buy the Hamilton Beach Coffee Makers that the person asking thought only used Senseo coffee pods. The answer was not what the person expected. Senseo coffee pods are excellent, but the Hamilton Beach coffee pod systems do not brew Senseo coffee pods exclusively. As a matter of fact, these pod coffee makers brew a great variety of single cup coffee pods.

This is not to say, of course, that Senseo coffee pods are not reason enough to invest in a Hamilton Beach pod coffee maker if you are in the market for coffee pod brewers. Senseo Mystic Valley Colombia Blend Coffee Pods and Senseo 10% Kona Blend Coffee Pods are two great examples of what makes Senseo coffee pods great. Though both varieties contain medium roast, blended coffee, the difference in flavor is truly distinctive, accenting the artful showcasing of each region’s beans that the respective blends accomplish.

Below, I’ve put together a helpful list for Hamilton Beach coffee maker owners that shows the vast array of coffee pods compatible with your coffee maker of choice, summarizing why each roaster’s coffee pods are worth a try for Hamilton Beach pod coffee maker owners.

  1. Oh my goodness! I cannot say THANK YOU enough for your website!!! My husband and I purchased a Hamilton Beach ‘The Scoop-2 Way Brewer’ coffee maker for one of our Christmas gifts a couple of months ago to each other and it is a beautiful machine! However, I have yet to buy ‘pods’ or ‘cups’ for the single brew side. I’ve been nervous about making the expensive purchase of these (we are on one income, as I am disabled) and not being able to return them if they did not fit our brewer. WELL I JUST WANT TO SAY BLESS YOUR HEART!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this new-fangled luxury in such a beautifully, simple way such that even I can understand!! YOU HAVE TRULY MADE MY DAY (possibly even month, this was SOOOOO frustrating to us!)! May God continue to bless you on your many ventures in your life and thank you so much once again for your website!!

    Much Peace and Many Blessings,

  2. Bought a Hamilton Beach single serve coffee maker at christmas. Can’t find one store that carries any kind of coffee pods in the Dayton Ohio area. Plenty of K cups but no pods. I think that I made a mistake in buying the Hamilton Beach and not the Keurig. Please help! I need a cup of coffee.

  3. I can tell you the best reason for not purchasing a Hamilton Beach single cup coffee maker.
There is, at least in my area, no where to buy the pods.
After getting a coffee maker for Christmas ( I asked for it ) I found out that even the stores that sold the coffee maker didn’t sell the pods. Walmart, Target, anywhere else, you have to order the pods online. I did find plenty of places that would sell a package of 18 pods for $5 or less, and then charge $7 or $8 for shipping.
I would say, unless you are very committed to this machine, or are willing to find a way to use coffee and filter paper for it, think twice before buying.

  4. Do you know if I can use one of the Senseo reusable pods in this type of brewer?

  5. Brenda. I bought this Hamilton. Beach. Brewer at christmas can’t find soft coffee pods anywhere wouldn’t sugest buying this single cup coffee maker to anyone

  6. I bought Hamilton. Beach one cup coffee pot can’t find pods for it anywhere not a good buy will send it back too the company

  7. We found the filter paper for this pod BUT the coffee taste like hot water. If we use the single coffee without a filter there is a black deposit at the bottom of the cup. We have found NO pods with coffee like the K-cup.

  8. I just bought this Hamilton beach. Lucky it has a carafe as well as a one cup. I had a Hamilton beach I bought about 4 years ago that could use the k-cups but find this model does not! I see in tiny writing they tell you after checking. I should take it back but bought on Amazon and its not worth it. For now I am using my k-cups and punch a hole in the top as well as use my old Hamilton to punch one in the side. So frustrated. Have never heard of any of these kinds of coffee.
