Single Cup Starbucks Coffees Stick with Keurig

Keurig K-Cup coffee system owners across the country can breathe a sigh of relief. Green Mountain Coffee, makers of Keurig single cup coffee systems, have struck a deal with Starbucks to continue manufacturing Starbucks K-Cups and Tazo Tea K-Cups.

Starbucks released their own single cup coffee maker called the Verismo, prompting many Keurig system owners to worry about the loss of access to Starbucks coffees and Tazo Teas in K-Cups. The two companies struck a deal extending the business partnership, though neither will disclose exactly how long the deal will continue.

Perhaps the mocking the Verismo system received on Saturday Night Live had something to do with it:

Starbucks K-Cups for Keurig Single Cup Coffee Makers

Starbucks Coffee K-Cups continue to be popular with Keurig K-Cup coffee maker system owners, and CoffeeForLess will continue to provide them for our community of coffee drinkers as long as Starbucks continues to put them on the market.

Starbucks K-Cups are consistently popular, selling well and receiving regularly excellent reviews from Keurig owners. The excellent coffee varieties and reliable roasts translate well to K-Cups, making for a consistent single cup of coffee that is of the quality that one expects from Starbucks coffee.

With the extension of the deal between Green Mountain Coffee and Starbucks Coffee, many are wondering if there might be more Starbucks K-Cups on the way. Many dream of the day when luscious caramel-flavored Starbucks coffee is available for their Keurig single cup coffee maker.

While the coffees available in K-Cups from Starbucks is limited, the diligent coffee fanatics at CoffeeForLess keep our eyes out for new releases. If Starbucks does ever release more Starbucks K-Cups, you, the CoffeeForLess community, will be some of the first to know, particularly if they ever release Starbucks Caramel Flavored Coffee in K-Cups.

In the meantime, we’ll just enjoy Wolfgang Puck’s Caramel Cream K-Cups.
