Best dark roastcoffee
Can only find Black Tiger on line,never in retail stores.Was very surprised how fast the coffee was delivered,ordered on Sun.arrived on Tues.
I am hooked on this Kcup brand,Coffee People,and Black Tiger is the best.

Perfect for a 12oz cup of coffee
I typically drink Coffee People's Donut Shop Coffee and use the 8 oz. setting. I tried the Black Tiger at the same water amount, and thought it was a little strong, though still good. However, with 12 oz of water it is excellent and gives you a nice big cup of coffee. I'll definitely buy this K-Cup again.

Most POPULAR K-cup on our house
I set out several kinds of bold, dark coffees and the Black Tiger gets used up before any of the others. If the proof is in the pudding, I guess Black Tiger is the best!

Yes, by my experience, you will be able to make a good 10 oz cup of coffee from a single K-cup of Black Tiger--unless you want your coffee strong enough to bench press the coffee maker!
Seriously, I love Black Tiger and use lots of it. Some days, when I want my second mug of the day to be not so strong, I'll actually use one Black Tiger K-cup to make 16 oz of coffee! I put one in the Keurig, press the 8-oz button, and when it is finished open and close the handle and press the 8-oz button again, to end up with one 16-oz cup of coffee made from one Black Tiger K-cup. Very few K-cups are bold and strong enough to do that.
Other days, I make a single 12-oz cup of coffee from a single Black Tiger K-cup, but a single 10-oz cup of Black Tiger from a single K-cup is a bit stronger than I prefer.

I personally did not care for this coffee. I could not make larger than 8 oz because the coffee would weaken. I prefer Barista Prima French Roast - especially if you want a nice big cup of coffee in the morning. You can definitely make more than 10 oz for your travel mug, no problem. It is more expensive, though. Emeril's Big Easy Bold is pretty good, too. I am drinking that now and make a large cup for my travel mug. Hope this helps!

In my opinion, its directly relative. Pod has "x" amount of grind in it, and 8 oz. of water through it would give a stronger cup, 12 oz. a weaker cup. This has been my experience with all k cups. I sampled many different blends (brand and brew) before I "found my cup". I settled on Green Mountain Double Black Diamond, and have been VERY happy since. Every morning for over a year now. Black Tiger is one of my favorite Kcups. Yes, it will. I like strong, bold coffee, especially my 1st cup of the morning. I recently switched from a Mr. Coffee Keurig (no choice on the size, only 6 oz) to one with a tank and size selection. I now select 10 oz cup all the time, taste is still just as bold. I even experimented with a 12 oz to put in my travel mug, and it was just as good as the 6 oz!!!

If you have a Keurig K cup brewer,there are usually two cup sizes that you can select from.Selecting the larger cup size will give you about 10 oz. and the smaller cup size will give you about 6 oz..Black Tiger is a good strong brand and is not weakened by selecting the larger cup size.Yes this particular blend will do the trick!

If you like a nice bold coffee to get you energized for the morning this should do the trick! We switch between black tiger and jet fuel, but use the 12 oz setting. I would probably enjoy the black tiger a bit stronger, but not the jet fuel. I drink my coffee black. Hope it helps!

I generally like it stronger so I do 8 oz but I have also done 10 oz and it's fine. Just dependes on how you feel that morning. It is a very good dark roast coffee. Surprising for a K-Cup. At home I grind my beans and make it fresh but at work... this is way easier.

Black Tiger is a nice strong coffee, it is one of my favorites. I usually drink my coffee in mugs so my standard size is 10 ounces and the Black Tiger is fine. I would suggest that you select "extra bold" coffees if you like a strong cup. Enjoy!

K Cups are capable of brewing multiple serving sizes without difficultly. You will find that the smaller the serving size brewed, the more concentrated the flavor may be, but many people are very happy with this K Cup at the larger serving size.

Hello, We usually make all of our coffee on the 8 oz. setting because we like it stronger, but I have also made it with the 10 oz. setting and have enjoyed it. It takes the edge off a little if the dark roasts are a little too heavy for you.

I don't see where this will be a problem. In fact, my wife has a huge coffee mug that she cycles thru twice for each K-cup that she uses. She drinks a lighter roast than Black Tiger but says that it doesn't affect the taste at all.

Black Tiger is our favorite coffee. It is a bold wake you up cup of coffee, with excellent taste. I drink it with a little cream, my wife drinks it black. We both use the largest size on our machine, and that appears to be 10oz.

Howard, We have an older Keurig that only has the 2 size cups available; I use and smaller size cup and the coffee is great - don't know how it would taste though in the larger size. Here's a suggestion, make 2 cups! Alice

This is one of my favorites due to its rich flavor and flexibility. I frequently adjust cup size depending on the flavor I'm looking for. A 10 oz cup will not be too strong.

Yes. I like a good strong cup in the morning and made it on the 10oz setting many times. I cannot say if it would be ok for 12 oz. I never made it that way and think it is always too weak on that setting.

Absolutely! In fact I often change sizes depending on the strength level I want. For myself, I tend to like a small very strong cup. And for my husband I make a larger cup. We both love it!
