Delicious!
I highly recommend this coffee..it is smooth and delicious. I always enjoyed the coffee at a local restaurant and found it was Ellis. Now I order it for the house and enjoy the perfect cup every morning.
The company is something like 100 years old; still family owned and still in Philadelphia PA.
