Better than Starbucks
I was a die-hard Starbucks French Roast fan and I would buy large bags of beans at Cosco. They are just sitting in my freezer because after getting a k-cup coffee maker, I tried Dark Magic and it is so strong and rich ,I love it. I made my boss buy it for the office instead of that weak Columbian brand.

My Favorite
This bold coffee has become my favorite as it is so smooth and flavorful. I like a stronger coffee for my first cup in the morning and this one is a winner. I think even drinkers of medium roasts would love Dark Magic !

Dark, smooth, slight acidity, slight aftertaste
This coffee is very good for a prepackaged, ground product. its balance of all 6 characters is as good as I get from my expresso machine.

Fantastic Richness
One of the reasons I bought this particular coffee was so that I could brew a very large cup full of coffee without weakening the flavor too much. This was an excellent choice. Even brewing the largest cup, the integrity of the coffee was maintained. The taste when brewing enough for a smaller mug was even better, but still great with a large mug. Full, rich flavor!
