Finally got the thing to work
I had given up on using this product until I read the review instructing me to pull down the gasket inside the body of the main unit. Thanks to this simple adjustment, the unit now works very well

Good product, requires machine tuning
I bought this product to save money and because of its environmental protection effects. It is a great product and I have been using it for some time now. It is easy to assemble, and the provided instructions are easy to follow.
The only issue (thus far) that I've had is that when brewing, I have had excess water spew out of the machine, which has led to watered down coffee and an extra mess. However, there is a way to prevent this: There is a needle on the top that, when the handle is closed, inserts into the hole in the reusable filter. Surrounding this needle is a rubber gasket. Gently pull this gasket down a little bit. Be careful, not to pull it off completely.
This prevented the water dripping and made the coffee stronger. If you want to brew a K-cup, i would recommend that you put the rubber stopper back into place, so that the coffee is not too strong.
Overall, it is a great product and I have not had any problems, aside from the water drip.

This product is compatible with compatible with all Keurig® Home K-Cup® brewers except OfficePRO?, B155, and all other commercial brewers. It is not compatible with the Vue® System or the Rivo? System. Currently Keurig does not make a filter for the other machines.
