Great Warranty
I received this machine as a gift in February, but in December of the same year it broke. No power at all. Keurig, however, has an exceptional warranty and had a brand new replacement machine to me in 3 days, just in time for my holiday company.
The new replacement is an upgraded version of the same model. The new one works just as well as the old one did. Both are quiet and make the perfect cup of coffee at just the right temperature. I love the single-cup system so everyone can have exactly what they want, when they want it. I've always received compliments on the beverages coming from this machine -- not one complaint, ever!

I like it, BUT ---
The instructions must be more emphatic in calling users' attention to the de-scaling process! Due to my delay in performing this maintenance (I waited until the "de-scale" warning came on), I have so far been unsuccessful in returning it to functionality. I am currently scouring the internet for suggestions on bringing it back from the scrapyard.

The best cup you can get!!
My girlfriend's mother purchased this machine for me for an early Birthday present. I added the molded water filter that fits the machine and I have to say... Absolutely the best cup of coffee I have ever made/had in a home.
