heady maple overtones ruin this fine blend
the minute you open the bag you are hit with the pungent smell of maple.It is overwhelming.Oncebrewed,the maple subsides about half and the brew itself could have been quite nice but I hate maple.too bad.

Great Flavor
This is a wonderfully smooth and balanced hazelnut flavor. No bitter aftertaste and no need for extra sweetener or creams. It's a hit for our entire office. A great find.

What a find!!
Having been relegated to DECAF only, and being a lover of Hazlenut coffee, I had been on an endless quest for decaf hazlenut, once Dunkin Donuts stopped selling it. I go through at least a pound a week, so value as well as flavor are important. I've tried Green Mountain and Lacas, and find the Lacas to be superior. No one who has tasted it realizes they are drinking decaf, as the flavor and body are excellent. It's a real cup of coffee!!
So glad I found this online; this is the coffee for me!!

The Best I've Found
I have not switched to K-cups because I like the fresh ground coffee taste. It's been very difficult to find a reasonably priced hazelnut bean. I'm SO glad Coffee For Less carries this one!
This coffee has a nice, smooth hazelnut flavor. I've had others that tasted artificial and left a bad aftertaste, but the flavor of this one tastes natural and "roasted in" as opposed to others that taste "sprayed on". I don't know how else to describe the difference. The flavor could be a bit stronger, but I'm happy with it.
I've had Kona beans that were supposed to be hazelnut flavored, but the beans were too strong and overcame the hazelnut flavor. These beans could have a little more body, but not much.
When I come home from a trip where I've been drinking god-knows-what coffee and I brew my first pot, I get excited when I smell the Lacas Hazelnut. The first sip is pure heaven!
