The only 'con' I can add is that if the coffee is not properly measured it can come out tasting a bit watery. I use it in an automatic drip system and have found the coffee to be consistantly the same each time. I like this flavor as well as several others that Millstone puts out. They seem to have a pretty good product. I've tried several other coffee brands that were either too strong or bitter, but Millstone seems to have a nice smooth consistancy and taste to their coffees.
The only 'con' I can add here is that if the coffee is not properly measured out it can come out tasting a bit watery. I use this in an automatice drip machine and find it to be consistant in taste, body, and with a nice aroma everytime. I find the coffee to be smooth and creamy, especially if I use 'Silk' instead of milk. I've tried several other brands of coffee and found them to be too strong and bitter. This coffee, if properly measured out, is delightful to the palate. It doesn't leave any bitter aftertaste either. Because these are beans instead of ground coffee you can use it in several applications because you control the size of the grinds. An overall great coffee.

We buy this product and mix it half and half with the decaffeinated Hazelnut Cream. The flavor doesn't fade over time when you buy it in quanity - even if it isn't refrigerated. It also has the fullest flavor of any hazelnut coffee we have tried so far. With this flavor, a little half and half, and some turbinado, who needs flavored creamers?
Excellent flavor and aroma without the syrupie after taste. A little pricey.
