I am a Starbucks Addict who has been looking for an alternative (especially in this economy!). I discovered this coffee pod and love it. I add soy milk and a dash of flavored syrup. It is so close to Starbucks that I don't feel the need to go there anymore.

I absolutely the darkest coffees I can find and this one really makes the grade. I have a Gevalia pod coffee maker and I use 2 pods to 8 oz of water for rich, true coffee flavor. My hubby prefers his not quite so strong, 2 pods to 12 oz.

I have a standard Senseo pod brewer. This espresso pod is bigger than a standard Senseo pod and is good in a pinch, when you don't feel like grinding, tamping, brewing, and cleaning up your expensive espresso machine. I use them two ways, with the double pod attachment set to 2 cups for espresso style coffee AND with the single "Senseo espresso" attachment set to one cup (which you have to carefully jam in there) for a decent cup of quick espresso. This is not a barista version cup, just a good alternative that is quick, inexpensive, and tastes great too! Remember, always pre-moisten you pods before brewing them.

I have a Bunn My Cafe and Timothy's products work fine. This isn't a coffee that will become your best friend for life, but it's a good buddy.

The espresso pods produce what I like to call "espresso water" when used in a Black and Decker Home Cafe brewer. Bottomline: they don't make espresso.
