My uncle sent us one of these cakes. I froze it for about a month because I wanted to save it for a special occasion. It thawed beautifully. When I unwrapped it it was superbly moist yet dense. Hands down the BEST cake I have ever tasted of any kind anywhere. I'm not a cake person and this was absolutely amazing! (nice dipped in a tiny bit of coffee, too.)
