My kids love this machine. After being outside in the snow or even on a really cold day I pull this machine out add milk and the cocoa mix and press the button. The kids sit around it watching it mix the hot cocoa and wait for it to be heated up and done. Once it is done you just pour the hot cocoa into the mugs and add your toppings (our favorite marshmallow) and your done.
