This hot cocoa is not worth it! All the product does not come out of k-cup so it is watery. After you make a cup, I have to make just a "no k-cup" cup to clean out the machine otherwise it clogs up. It has no flavor. I do not recommend.

Thia product is great when made on the lowest setting with the least amount of water which makes it rich and alot more chocolate other wize it gets to watery.

This is neither rich or creamy. It doesn't dump all the mix so you have to open up the k cup and scrape the remainder out. Even after that, it is still lacking in flavor, watery, and not very good. I got it for my girls (6 & 8) and they won't touch it!

Love that I can have a yummy cup of hot cocoa so fast!
Stirring/swirling is ALWAYS a must with ALL hot chocolate so there is no problem with "settling" for me!

I noticed these k-cups do not fully empty. In order to get full chocolate flavor you will need to open the k-cup and remove the excess hot cocoa mix. That's all it is, cocoa mix in a k-cup.
I know this is a pain in the butt, but it is difficult to get any brand cocoa powder to mix with liquid involuntarily. (meaning you have to stir it.)

Only on the smallest cup size setting will any chocolate flavor come through. Rather costly for what you get, essentially 50cent six oz. cup. Disapointing.

The only way I can make this awful stuff taste like real cocoa is to brew it on the 5 oz setting, use 2 in a large mug and then add cream AND whipped cream to it. I love cocoa and I'm still on the 1st box, the 2nd one is going up on Ebay.

If you're a person who doesn't like the sweetness of most cocoas, then perhaps you'd enjoy it, but I find myself wanting to add sugar and real cocoa powder to it.

By itself, it's bland, weak & horrendously watery. I've had diet cocoa that tasted better. I can't even imagine what an 8 oz cup would taste like.

You can use any hot cocoa mix with the Keurig, just set the cup size appropriately.

The Ghiradelli is good, but ridiculously overpriced.

I will not purchase these k-cups again. While it does have a chocolate flavor, it is water-down tasting. There is no creaminess. My children did not like it either. And they are the best judges of hot cocoa.

This is a great addition to my decaf afternoon treat. I especially like it with Hazelnut decaf. The kids love the immediate delivery and the rich taste. Can't wait to try more combos.
