I like my Coffee black and strong. The flavor of Green Mountain Coffee Organic Sumatra is rich and complex. It is somewhat smooth but retains a bite that makes it interesting. The finish is wonderful and invites to to have another cup. The fact it is Fair Trade Organic just adds to its appeal. Its boldness allows it to stand up to larger cup sizes. This is the standard I judge all others to.
