Diedrich Coffee French Roast is the darkest of their roasts. It has a blend of coffees that hand themselves pretty well despite being roasted so heavily. It then produces a very hearty taste with a light desirable toasty flavor. The taste of Diedrich French Roast is strong, yet not bitter or burnt, and is certainly not for the faint of heart. French roast is often enjoyed as an after-dinner desert or simply as a great “stand alone” cup of coffee.
