great coffee
the italien blend coffe is rich and robust with full coffe flavor without being overly strong or bitter. i have recommended it to friends and we all love it

MY THOUGTHS ON THIS COFFEE
With cream or milk, this coffee to me is not strong at all. I bought this instead of Jetfuel by Coffeepeople and am going back to Jetfuel.

I love a strong coffee that stands up to my flavored creamer and this does the trick.

By far the best dark roast
This dark roast has a full body, wonderful aroma and is low on acidity. I love espresso, but not the bitterness this coffee fills the bill. Nothing else satisfies my palate like Italian roast, I used to drink Starbucks but this is much better. Also, I find Tully's to be the freshest coffee's.

French and Italian roast coffees are both of similar roast level. The main difference is that French Roasts tend to be more acidic than Italian roasts which affects the flavor. They are both very strongly flavored coffees, with subtle nuances in their composition that create different aromas, notes and body.

French roast is stronger, but Italian roast is not too far behind. I drink it and like it very much. Give it a try. A 24-count box should tell you if you like it. I drink the Tully French roast decaf and like it very much.

Both are strong, but have different finishes. I find Italian Roasts tend to be slightly more bitter vs the French Roast which are more smokey. Both are very good however, depends on your taste preferences.
