CoffeeForLess offers a live web chat option, so you can conveniently continue doing what you are doing while getting help with things such as confirming an order, receiving advice on what coffees to try out, or staying up-to-date on the latest CoffeeForLess promotions. Our representatives are available to chat at all times, except:

  • Tuesday - Friday, 6:00AM - 8:00AM
  • Saturday 7:00PM to Sunday 7:00AM
  • Sunday 7:00PM to Monday 7:00AM

How can I access Live Help?

You can get to Live Help from any page at CoffeeForLess.com. The button for Live Help is located right above the footer of the page.

Availability

The Live Help button has two states, which change based on if there is currently a representative available to respond to inquiries. Even if the OFFLINE button is showing, you can still leave a message, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

The Live Help button indicates whether or not a representative is currently online.

Left: Representative available to chat.

Right: No representatives currently available, 
but you can leave a message!

Connecting to Live Help

Connecting to Live Help is simple and straightforward.

  1. Click the Live Help button. Note that if the button shows “OFFLINE” you can still leave a message (see Availability).
  2. A pop-up window will appear, requesting your name, e-mail address, and question.
  3. Click Submit, and your inquiry will be placed into the queue to be answered by the first available representative.
  4. A chat window will appear, where you can converse with one of our coffee experts.
  5. Once your chat is complete, you will have the option to send a copy of the chat transcript to an e-mail address of your choice. You may also opt to rate your experience to let us know how we did.

Leaving a message

There may be times when there are no representatives available to chat online. In such cases, the Live Help button will indicate “OFFLINE”. Although chat may be unavailable, you can still let us know you want to get in touch!

  1. Click the Live Help (OFFLINE) button as you would to chat normally.
  2. Fill out the form, making sure to include contact information (and your preferred method of communication, if applicable).
  3. Our representatives will receive your message and reply either by e-mail or phone, based on the information you provide.

Placing orders

In order to protect our customers’ personal data, we cannot accept orders over Live Help. Any correspondence regarding payment transactions or transmitting credit card information must be completed over the phone or via our secure website checkout process.
